The Roxy has the capacity to act as a function center for a wide variety of activities and events. It can to cater for groups ranging from 20 to 400 and is able to provide audio visual and data projection equipment.

The Roxy is a very versatile venue and can adapt to just about any function you require including; weddings, parties, conferences, fundraising events, community functions and live performances and mini expo’s. There is also a fully equipped commercial kitchen for catering purposes.

The first floor above the café is dedicated to the conference center which occupies 87sqm and has seating for up to 50 people. This room also includes a screen for multimedia displays, a kitchenette for refreshments and upstairs bathrooms.

Weddings
The stunning architectural beauty of The Roxy Theatre offers a magical backdrop for a romantic country wedding or for any special celebration, The Roxy offers an exceptional venue that provides an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

The striking art deco theatre offers seating for up to 200 guests.  The fully restored art deco café caters for up to 120 guests seated and up to 200 guests’ cocktail style. For a more intimate wedding, our beautiful light-filled reception room upstairs looks out over the hills and onto the most spectacular of sunsets.

Couples can choose to exchange their vows in the beautiful outdoor courtyard, within the surrounds of the striking art deco cinema, or in the authentic art deco Roxy Café.  For something a little more theatrical, the stage of The Roxy Theatre offers an amazing setting.  Alternatively, a number of picturesque natural settings are available in the town of Bingara.

The Roxy offers the most professional of services to ensure the reception is an unforgettable one.   In conjunction with the Roxy Café, The Roxy provides menus that feature mouth-watering culinary delights using the freshest local produce. Our talented chefs are happy to tailor menus to suit your needs.

We have a range of coordinated packages, all of which can be tailored to your personal requirements. If you require assistance with other wedding items such as photographers, cakes and themes, we are able to recommend a number of fully qualified wedding planners based in the region.
