There is something wonderful happening at the Roxy Theatre and I was fortunate to have seen it – two plays presented by The North West Theatre Company. Enchanting, intriguing and delightfully entertaining.
The Double Bill at the Roxy depicts plays about couples. Can love survive the emotional labyrinth of everyday life?
In “The Playing Fields of Eden” the promise of lifelong union struggles against the haunting isolation of pioneer life on a remote farm near Bingara.
“Love Letters” follows a lifelong friendship enduring the complexity of separation amidst the pressure of contemporary life.
Beautifully portrayed by The Northwest Theatre Company at the Roxy in Bingara.
Do yourself a favour, go see it.
Yours sincerely
Grant Dodwell

Both plays were great, but the local murder play was outstanding. It is a fantastic story that should tour. John Watson, Cultural Officer, Moreton Bay Council

I cant believe Rick wrote that play. It was an incredible story, and to think it really happened. Margaret Black
We had seen the Roxy on Landline and thought we would call into Bingara and take a peek. Cant believe that we arrived and were so entertained by such a professional theatre company. The play about the local murder is chilling. Mr & Mrs Goote (correct spelling), Redlands
