Function Hire
The Roxy has the capacity to act as a function center for a wide variety of activities and events, catering for groups ranging from 10 to 400.The Roxy is a versatile venue and can adapt to just about any function including; weddings, parties, conferences, fundraising events, community functions, live performances and mini expos’. The Roxy has five available spaces for hire, which include, the Theatre, Trade Training Commercial Kitchen, Upstairs Conference Room, Small Meeting Room and the Roxy Cafe, all of which feature free wi-fi . A white board, audio visual and data projection equipment can be made available where possible.

The stunning architectural beauty of The Roxy Theatre offers a magical backdrop for a romantic country wedding or for any special celebration, providing an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

The striking art deco theatre offers seating for up to 300 guests, or for a more intimate wedding, our beautiful light-filled conference room looks out over the hills and onto the most spectacular of sunsets and the fully restored Roxy cafe offers a unique alternative to a traditional wedding venue.

Couples can choose to exchange their vows in the beautiful outdoor courtyard, within the surrounds of the striking art deco cinema, or in the authentic art deco Roxy Café.  For something a little more theatrical, the stage of The Roxy Theatre offers an amazing setting.  Alternatively, a number of picturesque natural settings are available in the town of Bingara.

Roxy Trade Training Kitchen
The Roxy trade training kitchen is the ideal space for catering for large events, cooking classes, hospitality training and batch cooking.

The trade training kitchen can be hired in conjunction with the theater or as a stand alone booking. This fully equipped commercial kitchen features state of the art cooking equipment including combi-steam oven, pull through dishwasher, and 5 cooking stations all with sinks and ovens.
